The Collector's Print Club serves two purposes. The first is to provide an
economic way for collector's of fine photography to obtain a variety of
Steve Anchell's black-and-white prints.
For students of photography, collecting fine prints of photographers whose
work you admire is one of the best ways to learn about the art of
photographic printing.
There are two Print Clubs. You may join either Print Club or both:
- Print Club #1 is dedicated to photographs of the nude.
- Print Club #2 is dedicated to a broad spectrum of Steve's work, including Route 66, street scenes in Los Angeles, blues musicians, architecture, and still life.

How Does the Print Club Work?
Twice a year, for each Print Club (four times a year for the combined Print
Clubs), a negative is chosen from Steve Anchell's files and an 8"x10" print
is created for each Member. The print is mounted on 4-ply archival 14"x18"
museum board, numbered and signed. The negative is then retired except for
exhibitions and publication. On average between 25 and 30 prints are made of
each negative.
Print Club members agree to accept the print for $100.00 plus $15.00
shipping ($25.00 foreign). Though the print is not paid for until it is
received, members must guarantee to accept it, as it is part of a limited
edition made especially for them. Members may withdraw from The Collector's
Print Club anytime prior to receipt of their latest print.
Each collector may choose between Print Club #1 (2 prints a year), which
includes images from the Nude in the Environment Portfolio, or Print Club #2
(2 prints a year), which includes a variety of subjects other than the nude,
or both Print Clubs (4 prints a year).
